THE ROLE 

We are looking for a motivated Client Experience Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Client Experience team in delivering forward-thinking insights for clients — leveraging business Intelligence deliverables and audience strategies to drive measurable results. You'll coordinate deliverables, roadmap key projects and tasks, and internal team integration across sales, media, account, and analytics to align goals, resolve issues, and maximize client satisfaction — all while turning data into actionable recommendations. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) or remote.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support account leads with meeting preparation, agendas, recaps, status updates, presentations, and client communications.  

• Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverable trackers, and internal documentation. 

• Coordinate with media, analytics, strategy, creative, data, finance, and operations teams to keep client work on schedule.  

• Assist in campaign launches, pacing checks, reporting, optimization documentation, and performance reviews.  

• Prepare recurring client reports and help translate results into clear, client-friendly takeaways.  

• Flag risks, delays, budget concerns, or unmet client needs early and help drive resolution. 

• Ensure client records, contracts, scopes, budgets, and key account details are current and accessible. 

 Qualifications   

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, customer success, marketing, media, advertising, or related field. 

• Strong written and verbal skills  

• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities 

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and following through on details 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with preferred experience in project management tools like Asana.  

• Collaborative team player who performs well in a fast-paced environment
