Glenveagh’s Graduate Programme

We are currently accepting applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme. This Programme will commence in 2027 with two start dates offered in both June & September 2027.
The Civil Engineering Graduate is responsible for supporting the Senior Site Engineer in the coordination and delivery of the project. The location of the role will be confirmed prior to commencement date and will be subject to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Site Manager and Senior Site Engineer in the running of the site
- Assisting on all aspects of Site Management and project processes and procedures
- General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager
- File site project documentation
- Requisition of materials
- Quality Control
- Document control
- Managing site records and deliveries
- Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Requirements
- You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or are working towards (2027 graduation) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Civil Engineering.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You're flexible and adaptable
- You're IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
