Sobre esta vaga de Chief of Staff Intern na Finary
What is Finary?
Money is broken. Most people's wealth sits in products they did not choose, with fees they cannot see, and a private banker costs more than they will ever pay. We are putting one in everyone's pocket: the same quality of advice for a €10K saver and a €10M client.
Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and more than 1M people now track their wealth with us, for free. Finary AI turns that financial context into a plan, and our own investment products and in-house wealth advisors (Finary One) make it real: clarity on what you have, guidance on where you are going, action to get there.
Why now?
AI makes this vision possible, and 3 things make it hard to copy:
Data: years of per-user financial history, goals and risk profiles that no public dataset holds.
Brand: half of our new users come from our own channels, and 1 signup in 5 names our YouTube channel.
Licences: stocks, ETFs and crypto on one regulated platform, passportable across Europe. We started early, when a simple registration was enough: PSAN in 2022, Investment Firm licence in March 2026, MiCA in July 2026. Since July, every crypto platform in Europe must be licensed or stop.
Many fintechs will have the AI, and a few will have the licences. We have all 3. We raised €40M from Hedosophia, Y Combinator and Speedinvest, alongside founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman) and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise). There's never been a more exciting time to join.
What we offer
We're 70 builders who genuinely love what they do: real ownership from day one, tier-1 salary and equity, offices in the heart of Paris with hybrid remote, and quarterly gatherings we actually look forward to.
We hire A-players who are as kind as they are demanding, people whose ideas transform not just our product but the way we work and think. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor: we challenge each other openly, then commit. And we don't hedge on AI. It's the single most important skill of the next decade and a real bar here. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around it. If that's already second nature to you, you'll be surrounded by people pushing that frontier every day.

The role
The CEO Office owns Finary's most important strategic projects, the delivery of the business plan, company’s operating rituals and runs the board and investor relations. Today one Chief of Staff carries all of it. You join as a real partner: you own a share of these projects from day one and move key topics forward fast, side by side with the Chief of Staff and the CEO.
What you will do
Take one area of the company and measurably improve its metrics.
Lead the analyses behind big decisions: business plan updates, international expansion, new offers and segments. You turn a question into a recommendation the leadership team can act on.
Run the board operating rhythm and the monthly reporting, with numbers you have checked yourself.
Work with Finance on budget, targets, forecast and costs.
Own Finary's operating rituals (weekly kick-off, all-hands, performance reviews, leadership topics) and make them sharper.
What success looks like
After 1 month: you know Finary's business, numbers and new vision, and you run the operating rituals.
After 3 months: you co-run the board and the monthly reporting, and the team you focus on performs measurably better.
After 6 months: you are a multiplier across teams. The CEO Office delivers more, faster.
Who you are
You have a track record of winning: a competition, a sport, a project where you went further than anyone expected.
You own outcomes, not tasks. You come back with proposals, not questions.
You are extremely rigorous with numbers: models, Excel, data. Nothing leaves your hands unchecked.
You write short, clear English that a board member reads in 5 minutes.
You are an AI pioneer.
You build trust fast and get things done through people, without authority.
You are discreet and put the company first.
You are in your final year or a recent graduate of a top business or engineering school, fluent in French and English.
Bonus: a first internship in strategy consulting, ideally followed by startup ops or product. Being a Finary user.
Practical details
6-month end-of-studies internship or graduate program, starting January 2027.
Onsite in Paris, every day, with the CEO Office.
Process: application review, screening call, case study with a debrief with the Chief of Staff and the CEO, then a culture fit interview.
