The Change Management Expert is responsible for designing and executing strategies that help organizations navigate transitions effectively. This role ensures that changes are thoughtfully planned, aligned with business objectives, and implemented with minimal disruption to operations. 

Key responsibilities include assessing the impact of change on people, processes, and systems, and proactively addressing potential challenges. The Change Management Expert engages stakeholders to foster support, communicates the purpose and benefits of the change clearly, and provides training and resources to facilitate smooth adoption. 

 Additionally, the role involves monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and refining strategies based on feedback to ensure sustainable and successful change. 

Job Accountabilities 

Change Execution 

• Create Change Management strategies and plans together with business units and the different cross-functional teams to assess change impact to the business, realize faster adoption, build user knowledge and proficiency, and manage resistance.  Support creation of program plans by designing the overall change management plan, communication plans, training and coaching plans; collaborating with program/project managers and trainers to ensure that change activities are considered in the overall program timeline and budget, as well as in readiness checks prior to implementation for projects.  Design and deliver clear, consistent messaging about the change, its benefits, and its impact, and communicate achievements, updates, and strategic directions to all organizational levels

Stakeholder Management 

• Identify key stakeholders and ensure their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process.  Support business units during the transition to help achieve business outcomes and improve customer, agent, and employee experience; track change adoption and revise Change Management strategies as required to meet transformation objectives.  Reports and present the change management progress, status, risks and support needed to stakeholders

Risk Management 

• Identify and monitor risks and issues related to Change Management execution and facilitate resolution with the project teams.  Drive proactive change strategies by continuously monitoring industry trends and external forces, assessing their potential impact on organizational operations, and integrating risk mitigation into change initiatives  Design and implement adaptive change plans that include contingency strategies for high-impact external risks

Compliance 

• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out 

• Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related fields

• Project Management Certification (preferred but not required)

• ALMI or FLMI (preferred but not required)

• At least 5 years of experience with unique blend of expertise on project management, change management execution, process engineering, combining data analysis, strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset. Should be able to formulate effective recommendations for operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience
