Reporting and under the superivsion of the Videojet France Finance Manager, the Cash Collector will manage overdue receivables and support the company’s cash flow objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling collection activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.. The office is located in our Videojet France facility, near Paris.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Actively manage overdue receivables and claims, including written and verbal communication with customers.

• Prepare payment reminders and documentation required for the debt collection process.

• Collaborate with the internal accounting department to reconcile overpayments, prepare pre-litigation documentation, escalate unresolved receivables to legal proceedings, and issue corrective notes.

• Support Controlling activities, including improving DSO metrics, preparing data for management meetings, and participating in such meetings.

• Report collection activities and status for individual customers and generate reports on overdue receivables and top debtors.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar finance roles.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems, e-invoicing platforms and Trust ID is a plus.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· English is a plus
