Cardiothoracic Surgery Outpatient APP Needed - Binghamton, NY

Position Details:

Conduct new and established patient visits in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive evaluations and ongoing care management
Perform patient consultations with thorough education on procedures and treatment plans
Provide postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients, monitoring recovery and addressing complications as needed
Coordinate patient communication and triage inquiries in collaboration with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications:

1–2 years of NP/PA experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience as an APP or RN in a surgical setting preferred
Active New York State NP or PA license required
DEA registration and board certification required

To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established outpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Binghamton, NY.

This is a part-time opportunity- 24 hours a week.

This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of surgeons specializing in cardiac and thoracic surgery.

The position includes a competitive starting salary of $81,600 - $91,200 (prorated based on 0.6 FTE) with bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
