What would you do? • To perform the role of a processor as well as a checker in the designated process with 100 percent Accuracy and timelines.To independently perform both processor and checker responsibilities within the assigned Wealth Management process, ensuring 100 percent of transactions are completed accurately and within defined timelines. • Looking for someone with wealth management experience • A wealth management and investment advisory firm with a long history of supporting multi generational families in growing and preserving wealth.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Banking Operations. • Strong knowledge of financial transaction processing, including checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, account-to-account transfers, bill payments, reporting, and other related transactions. • Good understanding of US Wealth Management operations, transaction life cycles, client instructions, and operational controls. • Experience in performing both maker and checker activities, with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely processing. • Ability to review supporting documents, validate transaction details, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine and complex exceptions. • Working knowledge of risk controls, quality checks, process procedures, escalation protocols, and audit requirements. • Experience in providing process training, guidance, and floor support to new and existing team members. • Advanced proficiency in the English language, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to understand, evaluate and perform activities in the Wealth Management & Capital Market domain • Ability to perform independently without any support with 100 percent accuracy and within timelines • Maintain all production trackers • Provide training for new members in the team • Managing process in absence of team lead • Willing to work in night shifts between 4pm IST to 4am IST • Working only from office on all days without any exception • Willing to work on Indian Holidays
