ADMINISTRATION DES LETTRES DE VOITURE (WAYBILL)
Analyse l’exactitude des informations telles que le numéro de contrôle du fret, la quantité, le poids, l’emplacement, le numéro de bureau, etc.
Vérifie si l’importateur officiel (Importer of Record – IOR) dispose d’un courtier ou s’il s’agit d’un compte FTNC.
Effectue la saisie de données et met à jour les informations exigées par les douanes dans le système AS/400 après confirmation qu’il n’y a ni courtier ni compte FTNC.
Maintient un système de classement précis et traite les dossiers selon leur priorité. Signale toute anomalie et coordonne avec le personnel concerné afin de résoudre les problèmes.
Exigences
Diplôme d’études secondaires requis
Pour les candidats domiciliés dans la province de Québec, veuillez noter que les candidats doivent être bilingues (français/anglais).
Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en dédouanement, avec le système AS/400 et en saisie de données
Connaissance pratique de MS Office, Outlook, du système AS/400 et de l’équipement de bureau (télécopieurs / photocopieurs / imprimantes / scanners) ainsi que de Lotus Notes
Capacité à travailler avec des échéanciers serrés et à fournir des résultats de qualité
Total Base Pay Range - $28,179.00 - $44,030.00 CAD Annual
WAYBILL ADMINISTRATION
• Analyzes accuracy of information for cargo control #, quantity, weight location, office # etc.
• Screens to verify if Importer of Record (IOR) has a broker or if it is a FTNC account
• Performs data entries and updates information required by customs into AS 400 upon confirmation that there is no broker or FTNC account
• Maintains accurate filing system and processes them according to their priority. Flags any issues and coordinates with relevant personnel to resolve them
• High School Diploma required
• For candidates domiciled in the province of Quebec, please note that the candidates must be bilingual (French/English).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with customs clearance, AS 400 and data entry
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, AS 400 system, and office equipment (fax machine / photocopiers / printers / scanners) and Lotus Notes
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver quality results
