About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and business-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Transformation Manager, based in Manila, Philippines.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth, managing complex projects and making things happen. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive strategic business initiatives, oversee key projects and support the company's expansion in the Philippines and across international markets.

Reporting directly to the Project Lead, you will take ownership of projects involving multiple business functions, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution from planning to completion. Beyond project management, we are looking for someone with strong leadership ambition, commercial awareness and the drive to grow into a management role with broader business responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Management: Lead and drive complex business projects, including licensing initiatives, business expansion and other strategic projects in the Philippines.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations, as well as external partners and relevant stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables and milestones, proactively identify potential challenges and drive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and collaboration across different teams.
- Business Transformation: Identify operational challenges, improvement opportunities and ways to enhance business processes, operational efficiency and overall business performance.
- International Project Exposure: Participate in regional and international projects, working with stakeholders across different markets and business functions.
- Leadership & Business Development: Take on increasing business responsibilities, demonstrate leadership capabilities and contribute to the company's long-term growth and expansion.
