What You Will Do

• Application testing (both front [UI] and back end [API])

• Application validation for bug fixes and new functionality/enhancements

• User story creation and prioritization

• Assist with managing a product backlog

• Attend internal meetings with collaborators for an array of projects and initiatives

• Release planning

• Incident management

• Defining and recording guidelines

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience or the equivalent

• Solid travel industry background

• Hands-on experience with online booking tool.

• Demonstrated experience writing test cases and accomplishing QA/UAT testing.

• Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps, etc).

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Confluence JIRA and AI

• Experience in GDS and Travel Industry

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Scheduling flexibility to support product releases

• Ability to work under minimal direction

• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment

• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant support teams

• Loves to document!

• Passionate about exploring process improvements

• Working closely with a development team to bring new functionality to life
