As a business analytics specialist on our team, you’ll be part of a team that designs, engineers, and operationalizes an innovative, fully-scalable, AI-powered data analytics and collaborative investigative solution that transforms complex data environments into actionable intelligence.

What You’ll Work On: 

• Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment.
• Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
• Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
• Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories.
• Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams.
• Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience operating Azure Developer Server (ADS) and Jira 
• Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices 
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges 
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents 
• Ability to solve problems involving intermediate analytical and quantitative situations
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 12+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree 

Nice If You Have:  

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with leaders, development team, and end users 
• SAFe Agile Product Management or ICAgile Product Management Certification 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
