Brand Manager – TENA
At Essity, we are looking for a brand Manager to lead the communication and media agenda for TENA across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico, playing a key role in strengthening brand equity and driving sustainable business growth.
This position will be responsible for deepening the connection between the brand and its target audiences through innovative communication, engagement, media, and content strategies. The role will contribute to the growth of one of Essity's most strategic global brands, helping position TENA as a trusted leader in the category while creating meaningful impact in people's lives.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated 360° media and communication strategies, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery across multiple channels and markets. Working closely with global and local teams, as well as strategic partners, you will lead initiatives across media planning, content, influencer marketing, CRM, branding, and always-on communications to accelerate brand growth, optimize media investments, and strengthen consumer engagement, and brand equity.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated 360° brand, media, and communication strategies across the assigned markets.
- Lead content, CRM, influencer marketing, public relations, and always-on communication initiatives.
- Adapt and implement global brand strategies, ensuring local relevance and regional consistency.
- Manage media, creative, PR, digital, and influencer agencies to ensure executional excellence.
- Monitor brand health, campaign performance, consumer insights, and media effectiveness to generate actionable recommendations.
- Optimize media investments with a focus on effectiveness, brand growth, and business impact.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to deliver strategic priorities.
Who You Are
We are looking for a strategic-minded, results-oriented professional with a passion for brand building, integrated communications, and consumer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Communications, Media, Branding, or Marketing, preferably within FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated brand-building and communication strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of traditional and digital media ecosystems, as well as media planning and advertising investment optimization.
- Experience managing relationships with media, creative, PR, digital, and influencer agencies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead cross-functional initiatives in multicultural and regional environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 level).
- Passion for building brands that create meaningful connections with consumers and generate positive societal impact.
