What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving the dealership’s success. You will:

• Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New & Used Sales team
• Drive sales performance while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize retention and repeat business
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
• Identify new opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience
• Lead by example and help create a culture where people want to win and succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• A proven ability to close deals and consistently deliver results
• Strong customer focus and the ability to think on your feet
• A natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to find new ways to grow the business
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, Internet tools, and general mathematics
