Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

- Understand member needs, interests, and priorities and follow up on relevant opportunities.

- Maintain accurate member records, contacts, and engagement activity in relevant systems.
- Use Zoho Backstage to manage member and event information, including attendee lists and RSVPs.
- Support member events, roundtables, and communications as needed.
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and member enquiries professionally and on time.
- Use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Asana to manage communication, tasks, and information.
- Work independently, manage priorities, and make sound decisions without close supervision.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, customer success, membership, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Good judgement and a professional approach when dealing with members and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using CRM, membership, event management, and productivity tools.
- Experience with Zoho Backstage is an advantage.
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or an industry association is an advantage.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
