What you will be doing 

As an Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Support the delivery of statutory tax, accounting and payroll compliance engagements. 

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns, tax calculations and regulatory filings. 

• Gather, organise and analyse client information to support engagement delivery. 

• Communicate with tax, social insurance and other regulatory authorities as required. 

• Conduct research on tax legislation and regulations and assist in preparing client deliverables. 

• Prepare draft reports, tax memoranda, working papers and other engagement documentation. 

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality outcomes and meet client deadlines. 

• Use technology and digital tools to improve work efficiency and accuracy. 

• Produce high-quality work that complies with professional, regulatory and firm standards. 

• Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues through responsive and professional communication. 

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics, professional standards and business conduct. 

What you will bring along

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field. 

• Strong analytical, report writing and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within deadlines. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mongolian. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. 

• Client service orientation, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
