Job requirements
Experience Range: With 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, including exposure to PMO activities within large programs Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and tracking of project schedules, resources, and deliverables for large-scale programsSupport PMO activities by preparing status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHelp organize and document project meetings, capturing action items and follow-upsMonitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on key milestones and risksMaintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of recordsContribute to the identification and resolution of project issues to support timely deliveryFacilitate clear communication among project team members and stakeholdersRequired Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating project presentationsFamiliarity with project management tasks and PMO processesExperience with project management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOpsPreferred Skills:
Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanExperience supporting distributed or remote teamsKnowledge of risk management and mitigation strategiesDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
