Assurance Pooling Team Secretary

Handling enquiries from Assurance Managers/Senior Managers in terms of secretarial duties, ie:

• Document processing,
• Business travelling arrangements,
• Expense reimbursement,
• Mail handling,
• Meeting arrangements.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum D3 Secretary and/or Office Administration;
• 0 to 2 years working experience 
• Willing to work in an agile and fast moving working environment; 
• Sufficient skills in using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PPT).
