購買部門　学生/既卒者インターンシップ（有償）

購買部門インターンとして担当する業務：

· ソーシング、契約、リスク管理、パフォーマンス管理などを含む購買部門の戦略的・実務的目標の達成を支援します。

· ソーシングおよび調達活動を実施し、実務的な調達プロセスを遂行します。

· ソーシングおよび契約におけるプロセス、手順、システムに関する支援窓口として対応します。

· さまざまなサプライヤーの選定を支援し、法務、コンプライアンスおよび契約上の要件がすべて満たされていることを確認します。

· 地域内の社内ステークホルダーおよび外部委託先との関係を管理します。

· 社内ステークホルダーに対し、ソーシングのプロセスや戦略について説明します。

· 契約更新および交渉を行います。

· 世界各地の複数のバイヤーと連携し、カテゴリー戦略との整合性および遵守を確保します。

 

担当すること・学べること：

· グローバルで多様性のあるチームで働く機会法務との交渉を含めるコンプライアンスおよびリスク管理

· SAP Aribaを含むシステム経験

· 契約締結プロセス

· 交渉スキル

· 戦略的ソーシングのプロセス

· サプライヤマネジメント

 

応募条件：

· 最低6か月以上就業可能な方（就業週3から5日程度、時間日数応相談）。
· 最低週1～3回九段下本社（東京）に出社可能な方。

· 日本語がネイティブレベルまたは同等であり、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること（TOEIC 600点以上を目安）。

· Word、Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint、などのMicrosoft Officeに関する知識があること。

· 法学部での学習経験、または契約書レビューなどの法務経験があれば尚可。

· 細部まで注意を払い、正確に業務を行えること。

· チームワークを大切にし、問題解決への意欲と成果への強い姿勢を持ちながら、自立して業務を進められること。
