We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Assistant Manager - Finance

We will count on you to:

• Engage in preparation of annual operating plan, monitoring variances and undertake control measure.
• Engage in revenue forecasting and sales pipeline reconciliations
• Engage in performance management of teams(Frame work and Automation)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business processes and enable operational efficiency through systems, technology, automation etc.
• Responsible to initiate cost optimization opportunities.
• Carry out Incentive calculations (including creating Framework, Automation etc.)
• Monitor monthly operating results against the budget. Improve forecasting.
• Track and report metrics for tracking key parameters such as sales conversion, renewal and collection efficiency, lost analysis, service effectiveness etc.
• Close liaison with internal stake holders to resolve issues in revenue and expenses reporting’s.
• Support special projects and M&A initiatives and other FP&A related deliverables.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong academic record
• Good Relationship Management skills.
• Good Communication/ Presentation skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges
• Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible.
• Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.
• Advanced level spreadsheet skills (e.g. formulas, pivot table, tables and graphs production)
• MS Power Point

What makes you stand out?

• 2-3 plus years of experience in Financial service industry (Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance advisory etc. focused on Corporate Solutions) Business Consulting Company.
• CA (preferably first attempt) / MBA – Finance from Premier Institute
