As an Asset and Wealth Management - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the financial services industry, particularly within the insurance sector, to deliver tailored business application consulting solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to address complex challenges and provide strategic insights that drive client success. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance their business operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them navigate complex situations and grow their personal brand. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, maintaining professional standards, and using critical thinking to deliver quality outcomes. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business problems within the asset and wealth management sector to develop strategic solutions
- Managing client engagements and delivering high-quality consulting services in business applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to drive business transformation initiatives
- Implementing technology solutions and integrating business applications to enhance operational efficiency
- Leading project delivery and resource management to meet client objectives and timelines
- Providing technical consultation and support for business technology implementations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate business management and transformation projects
- Developing documentation and supporting implementation research to optimize business processes
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in business technology and operations
- Conducting performance assessments and leveraging performance management software to improve client outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Demonstrating analytical reasoning and problem-solving in financial services
