Job Details:
The Assembler 2 job function will be responsible for assembling parts and components to produce finished products. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line production, be able to work independently and in a team setting and have an eye for detail.
Assembler 2 Job responsibilities:
Produce products by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Read and decipher work instructions and other building documents.
Utilize jigs, specialized tools, and other processes to assembler parts to specifications.
Provide high quality outputs.
Clean and maintain work station and production floor, with assistance from team members and Production Leads.
Take part in continuous improvement activities such as Job Hazard Assessments and SQDIP meetings.
Document quality issues with parts and assemblies by segregating bad inventory and utilizing the Quality Management System processes for non-conforming items. Complete Product Failure Analysis documents in a timely manner.
Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations as communicated by Supervisors and Management.
Provide accurate inventory counts of work in process and finished goods to Supervisors and Management.
When issues arise during assembly, notify supervisors and allow for the appropriate resources to be provided - resolve, alter, or reject as required.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.

Cubic Pay Range:
$19.00 - $26.00 + benefits.
