As an Artificial Intelligence Manager at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead the design and development of advanced data solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on building robust data infrastructure and systems, enabling efficient data processing and analysis. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis

- Utilizing programming languages such as Python and SwiftUI to develop and maintain software applications

- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Developing and managing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to support client needs
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of data-driven projects
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory to optimize data architecture and database performance
- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data solutions and confirming data validation and integrity
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage professional growth
- Analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions for improved decision-making
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive business growth and deliver quality outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
