Job Purpose / Role Summary

The role is responsible for driving market development, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities across the ProCare and Collision Repair segments within the assigned territory. The incumbent will focus on improving market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of sales and service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market coverage and customer reach.
• Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities within the ProCare and Collision Repair segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with body shops, workshops, dealers, fleet operators, and other key channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure customer engagement and business development.
• Promote company products, solutions, and value-added services to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability, customer support, and issue resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account management and service excellence.
• Organize product demonstrations, customer meetings, and technical awareness programs.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and market intelligence.

• Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience Required

• 5 to10 years of experience in sales, business development, territory management, or customer management.
• Experience in automotive, collision repair, coatings, lubricants, industrial products, or related sectors will be an advantage.
