The Position

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1.       Implement key actions to realize sales targets

2.       Assign sales territory and sales targets for field force

分配销售区域和销售任务

3.       Manage sales force to deliver sales in the assigned territory

管理所辖区域的销售

4.       Ensure field force is sufficiently trained for sales.

5.       Coordinate activities between field force and Support staff

协调销售和应用支持

6.       Sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales force

协同销售为重点客户做销售陈述

7.       Develop and manages key accounts

发展和管理重点客户

8.       Prepare monthly report and sales forecast to Regional Director on a regular basis

定期给区域总监递交月报告和销售预算

9.       Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

通过建立销售区域，配额和目标引导渠道发展和协调销售分销

10.    Assist Regional Director in yearly budget exercise

协助区域总监制定年度预算

11.    Develop career and development plan for subordinates

为下属制定职业发展计划

12.    Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

13.    Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

14.    Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
