Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide expert guidance on application support strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution and system improvements.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining application performance to ensure reliability and availability.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and automation tools to support continuous integration and delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
