About the Role
Monitor and overall support and coordinate Corporate Solutions (CS) events, campaigns, and client engagement activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Solutions (CS) events, campaigns, activation initiatives, and IVS activities.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with CS Regional Sales Managers (CRSMs), agents, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support all CS related events, to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and provide operational support for all activation activities.
- Support the implementation and administration of AIA campaigns in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate event and campaign performance, including client engagement, activation effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Perform post-campaign analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and monitor CS merchandise inventory, event schedules, and activity records.
- Process TPM and vendor payments accurately and within required timelines.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management to meet operational and business requirements

Internal
To communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, salesforces, agents, etc.
External
To communicate with Vendors and suppliers for event and production process
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 Years of work experience in BTL (Below-the-line) Marketing, HR Engagement and Sales support
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Team player with excellent relationship building skills
- Proficient MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a must)
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong communication skills for both verbal and written (English and Myanmar)
