We are seeking a Site Surveyor who will play a key role in both conducting on-site surveys and driving sales to grow PRISM+. In this role, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable air conditioning solutions, and provide expert advice on installation requirements. To succeed, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their benefits. The ability to build rapport with diverse customers and establish trust is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site surveys at customer houses, advise best possible routing and placement of FCU.
• Upload all relevant site survey information into system.
• Build relationship with customer during site surveys.
• Ensure all possible issues during installation are promptly recorded into system.
• Taking video and photos of the site for team lead reference.
• To send quotation and inform customer for additional work chargeable for installation and send payment link thereafter.
• Advise customers on suitable system configuration.
• Conduct sales of our air conditioning systems during onsite visits.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and industry standards in Singapore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits effectively.
• Valid Class 2B/2A/2/3 driver’s license or equivalent and own vehicle.
• Able to work Saturdays.
