Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of air-conditioning systems, including indoor and outdoor units, piping, drainage systems, and electrical connections.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements and recommend suitable installation solutions.
• Install air-conditioning units in accordance with safety standards, technical specifications, and company procedures.
• Conduct testing and commissioning after installation to ensure air-conditioning systems are functioning properly.
• Diagnose and rectify installation-related issues, including refrigerant leaks, drainage problems, and electrical or piping faults.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials, and maintain a clean and safe working environment at job sites.
• Provide professional advice to customers on air-conditioning usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on installation progress, completed jobs, and any outstanding issues for the direct manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in air-conditioning installation, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Familiar with air-conditioning installation procedures, including copper piping, drainage systems, electrical wiring, and refrigerant handling.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings, installation plans, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning systems, installation tools, and relevant workplace safety practices.
• Possess good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work, including working at heights where required.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License
