About the Role
[팀 소개]영업운영팀은 다양한 영업채널을 대상으로 영업전략 수립, 영업데이터 수집관리 등 AIA프리미어파트너스의 영업전략을 구체화시키는 총체적인 영업지원 업무를 담당합니다.
[직무 요약]
AIA프리미어파트너스에서 진행하는 각종 캠페인 및 영업 제도 업무를 담당하며, 이를 통해 영업 목표 달성에 기여합니다.

영업지원 및 운영 업무
영업실적 관리 및 분석 & 영업 성과 모니터링
각종 행사 기획 및 현장 영업지원 업무 전반
계약품질 및 유지율 관리
[자격 요건]
보험사 및 GA 영업지원 업무 경험
문서 작성 능력 중급 이상 (포토샵, 엑셀 중급 이상자)
원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업
데이터 활용 및 영업기획 능력
책임감 있고 친화력 있는 태도
지방 출장 가능자
