PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

The merger of FWD Life and FWD Insurance has led to a more comprehensive range of products, including unit-linked insurance, individual & group term life insurance, individual & group personal accident insurance, and group medical insurance through technology driven-distributions such as agency, bancassurance, e-commerce, and corporate.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and drive end-to-end execution of Future Me & Switch programs

· Ensure achievement of recruitment targets across both programs

· Oversee structured and high-quality candidate selection and screening

· Lead onboarding, training, and mindset transformation journey for new joiners

· Drive activation, productivity (FYP, case count), and persistency outcomes

· Enable and support leaders in mentoring, coaching, and team development

· Monitor performance through dashboards, reporting, and early intervention

· Ensure alignment between hiring expectations and actual performance outcomes

· Manage incentive, allowance, and funding governance where applicable

· Ensure compliance with program rules, SOP, and risk mitigation frameworks (clawback, quota, EWS)

· Drive multi-channel sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, referrals, digital campaigns, events)

· Continuously improve program effectiveness through data insights and field feedback

· Support scalability and sustainability of recruitment programs

Key Qualifications

· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or agency distribution

· Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency development

· Deep understanding of agency business, agent lifecycle, and field dynamics

· Proven leadership and change management capability

· Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
