To lead, manage, and scale the Future Me and Switch programs as strategic recruitment and development initiatives within the agency, targeting both career switchers and ex-bankers. This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end program success, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, retention, and compliance, aligned with agency growth objectives.Key Responsibilities
· Own and drive end-to-end execution of Future Me & Switch programs
· Ensure achievement of recruitment targets across both programs
· Oversee structured and high-quality candidate selection and screening
· Lead onboarding, training, and mindset transformation journey for new joiners
· Drive activation, productivity (FYP, case count), and persistency outcomes
· Enable and support leaders in mentoring, coaching, and team development
· Monitor performance through dashboards, reporting, and early intervention
· Ensure alignment between hiring expectations and actual performance outcomes
· Manage incentive, allowance, and funding governance where applicable
· Ensure compliance with program rules, SOP, and risk mitigation frameworks (clawback, quota, EWS)
· Drive multi-channel sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, referrals, digital campaigns, events)
· Continuously improve program effectiveness through data insights and field feedback
· Support scalability and sustainability of recruitment programs
Key Qualifications
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or agency distribution
· Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency development
· Deep understanding of agency business, agent lifecycle, and field dynamics
· Proven leadership and change management capability
· Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
