As an AES Oracle Finance Associate you will support client needs through Oracle Financials work that helps improve financial processes, system use, and day-to-day application support within our Business Application Consulting practice. As an Associate you will build knowledge through hands-on project tasks, adapt to changing client needs, ask questions, and contribute reliably to team deliverables while developing your own technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will help configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Finance solutions, contribute to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities, and support training and user adoption across a variety of client environments.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Oracle Financials configuration and maintenance across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and record to report processes
- Contributing to client project tasks by gathering requirements, reviewing finance workflows, and documenting functional findings
- Assisting with finance transformation and business process improvement activities by applying Oracle Financials knowledge to day to day issues
- Interpreting financial data and transaction activity to identify patterns, data gaps, and system discrepancies
- Preparing working materials for system testing, issue tracking, and implementation support under guidance from senior team members
- Collaborating with project teams to learn client processes, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver dependable work products
- Developing knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards while applying firm guidance and independence requirements
- Supporting user readiness activities by helping organize system walkthroughs, training materials, and functional reference content
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Applying coursework in accounting, finance, or management information systems
- Learning Oracle Financials concepts across procure-to-pay and record-to-report
- Gathering data, analyzing patterns, and supporting financial process improvement
- Communicating clearly with diverse teams and asking thoughtful questions
- Adapting quickly in client-facing project environments and delivering dependable work
