Growth Team   

Growth is a team of creative entrepreneurs dedicated to supporting the onboarding and successful establishment of Agoda’s emerging and high-growth accommodation partners. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and services, and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.   

 The Opportunity:   

As an Account Specialist, your key objective is to increase the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. You take care of a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at a scale.   

 In this role, you’ll get to:    

• Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations 
• Provide partners with the necessary information and guidance on system setup, Agoda’s tools and processes, general training, and promotional opportunities.
• Persuade and guide partners throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and successful launch on Agoda.
• Support the identification of supply and promotion needs to better match market demand in key destinations. 
• Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including face-to-face visits, phone, email, messaging and webinars    
• Maintain accurate partner information and support basic weekly or monthly reporting in internal systems. 
• Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems   

 What you’ll need to succeed:   

• 0-2 years’ experience working in business development or execution role preferred
• In-person sales execution experience preferred
• Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets)  
• Native level Korean and business level of English to communicate internally  
• Demonstrates basic computer skills   
• Analysis skills desired   
• Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions   
• Intellectual curiosity   
• Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can have minimum of 10 meaningful conversations with partners per day   
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business 
• Able to support the Korean market and follow the business hours & public holidays in the Korean.
