ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and making a difference for healthcare professionals and patients?

Join Convatec as an Account Manager, Ostomy Care in the Midlands UK and take ownership of growing our business across your territory. You will work closely with NHS clinical stakeholders across acute and primary care, helping customers understand how Convatec’s products and services can support better outcomes.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the territory, with occasional overnight stays.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Grow sales and market share across your territory.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective account plans.
• Build strong relationships with NHS clinical stakeholders.
• Create compelling value-based solutions using customer data.
• Grow advocacy for Convatec’s Ostomy Care portfolio.
• Promote Amcare as a DAC provider.
• Identify customer needs across the stoma patient pathway.
• Build relationships with Ostomy patient associations.
• Support patient and HCP education initiatives.
• Attend relevant customer events and conferences.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and business reporting.

ABOUT YOU

You are a proactive and results-driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning customer insights into action.

You bring:

• 2+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally 4+ years.

• Experience selling into the NHS.

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Experience engaging directly with clinical stakeholders.

• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.

• A data-driven and commercially focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.

• Confidence working independently and cross-functionally.

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

• A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.

• Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• A full driving licence.
