What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:    

- Field support tickets    
- Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations   
- Rectify credit issuance and billing issues   
- Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions

- Full-time 39h/week temporary contract: Rotative shifts between Monday - Sunday, 09:00 - 20:00
- Salary offer:  19623,94 euros/gross yearly + up to 1500 in bonus euros/gross yearly and private medical insurance
