◆応募要件・業界経験は不問。素材・エネルギー業界に興味関心のある方・ビジネスレベルの日本語・システム設計・開発経験 （COBOLやJava等）◆望ましい経験・スキル・パッケージ導入経験（SAPやOracle等）・ITコンサルティングのご経験・要件定義などの顧客折衝経験・プロジェクトリード・プロジェクトマネジメントなどの経験◆求める人物像・システム開発の経験を生かしながら、企業の方向性決定・業務の基本設計などコンサルスキルを磨いていきたい方・いずれはコンサルタント・プロジェクトマネジャーとして、大規模のSI系プロジェクトをコントロールしていきたい方
