As an Acceleration Center - Data Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to optimizing client operations and achieving strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others in navigating complex situations
- Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality solutions and embrace increased ambiguity
- Using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for optimizing operations and achieving strategic goals
- Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing to align work with overall strategy

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights
- Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
- Leveraging machine learning skills for predictive analytics
- Excelling in complex data modeling and integration
- Navigating ambiguity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
