POSITION SPECIFICS
- Assist with student registrations (LionPATH);
- Provide course assistance, to include: assisting with exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments; submitting textbook orders; and collecting syllabi;
- Assist with course evaluations;
- Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live);
- Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur);
- Greet department visitors and students;
- Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) No prior relevant work experience required Required Certifications: None

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $36,888.00 - $53,532.00.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
