They work to identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to, and mitigating, cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Cybersecurity Incident Management team you will solve critical business and data protection challenges for our clients. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain standards while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to work with top cybersecurity professionals and engage in innovative projects that drive strategic programs and enhance client security.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity Incident Management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management
• Skilled in IAM technologies and user provisioning
• Knowledgeable in IT security principles and compliance
• Demonstrating scripting skills in PowerShell and Ruby
• Understanding SQL and database management
• Experience with ticket management systems like ServiceNow
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with IAM standards and security practices
