You will develop a point of view on where Phoenix Tailings should act, run critical workstreams, and guide opportunities from thesis through closing.
The ideal candidate combines strong transaction judgment with curiosity about technology, markets, and operations. You can challenge assumptions, coordinate senior stakeholders, and maintain momentum through the detailed work required to complete a deal.

What We Offer
This base salary range reflects our best estimate for this role. The final package may vary based on experience and qualifications and includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus and equity.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $180,000
