What To Expect

You will complete three six months rotations firmwide after which you will join one of the teams within the CEO Domain which consists out of multiple different teams. Some of your rotations might be in one of the following teams:

The Internal Audit function plays a key role in the organisation’s management, providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls. It plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of the organisation by identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous enhancement of operations and compliance. Beginning your career in Internal Audit can offer unparalleled visibility across the organisation; giving you a foundation in critical thinking and control mindset to leverage throughout your career.

The Strategic Planning function works closely with senior leadership across MUFG group to help shape the bank’s long-term direction and deliver key strategic priorities. The team liaises directly with its counterparts primarily in London and Tokyo, and supports business planning, regulatory and transformation initiatives, organisational development, and executive decision-making by providing analysis, insights, and coordination across functions and the wider group. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the most important challenges and opportunities facing MUFG, while developing a broad understanding of the bank’s strategy, governance and operating model, and working with a diverse group of stakeholders in a highly multicultural environment.

Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.

As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme. Our collaborative culture encourages teamwork, while also creating opportunities for you to make your own impact. What we offer:

• Annual Gross salary € 47.000 - €50.000.
• Bonus under discretion of the Management Board (max 20% if your annual salary)
• 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.
• 30 vacation days per year. Optional you can buy 15 additional days.
• Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
• €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.

• Possibility to order Office Equipment’s for the home office, (up to €500,-)
• Remote Working Policy i.e. Working From Home (WFH) and Remote Working in another Country.

Additional information

The programme starts on 19 July 2027 with a 5-week entry training at EMEA headquarters in London. Following the entry training, analysts will return to Amsterdam to complete the rest of the programme and on-desk rotations.
