It is designed to provide talented MBA/Master graduates with diverse experience across multiple areas of the business while accelerating the development of the core competencies, digital capabilities and leadership skills required to build a career in financial markets.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

- Ongoing mentorship and peer support – You will be paired with a dedicated mentor from the Investments organization for guidance throughout the program, while also learning from and contributing alongside like-minded peers.
- Excellent leadership career-development path – Upon successful completion of the Management Associate Program, you are expected to transition into a mid-level role within Invesco, supported by a continued development plan.
- AI-enabled and future-ready development – Build practical fluency in approved digital and AI tools and learn how to apply them responsibly to research, analysis, communication, workflow improvement and business decision support. The focus is on effective application, critical thinking, output validation and sound human judgment, not coding expertise.

- Independent and positive, with strong learning agility, curiosity and a willingness to seek and apply feedback.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, forward-thinking and outcome-oriented.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical interest in digital and AI-enabled ways of working, with the ability to identify relevant use cases. Sound judgment when using data and AI, including awareness of accuracy, privacy, confidentiality, bias and the need for human review.
