(SIT) focuses on hydraulic, mechanical and structural design to deliver custom, turn-key systems. The newest addition to the EOHI family, Elite Controls, Inc., provides fully electric solutions, software programming and controls support. What is an ESOP?

An ESOP is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which is a unique retirement program that allows virtually all employees to own stock in the company. Paid Time Off – new employees receive 22 PTO days per year (accruing additional days each year of service), 5 of these days are eligible for a cash bonus at the end of the year if unused.
