We are looking for a Mission Operations Engineer to join our USAF team. In this role, you will resource and help execute world-class technical training instruction to our partner components and their unique demands. Further, you will be the counter unmanned systems (cUAS) subject matter expert for components and help them resource realistic training and manage all hardware and software configuration of cUAS-peculiar equipment under the Anduril family of CUaS systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver training and education to a USAF component across the entire family-of-systems
• Contribute to training curriculums (eg, POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training

As a Program Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of program objectives. You will oversee logistical aspects for front office staff, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced 2D and 3D tracking algorithms that maintain custody of space objects, processing sensor detections and messages into actionable tracks for space situational awareness missions. As a senior member of the team, you will architect and implement sophisticated multi-target tracking systems using cutting-edge state estimation and data association techniques, develop physics-based models to validate performance, and mentor engineers while working closely with software teams to deploy your algorithms into operational systems. You will drive technical decisions, lead design reviews, and serve as a subject matter expert in tracking algorithms. This will require deep expertise in tracking algorithms, state estimation (Kalman filtering), data association methods (JPDA, MHT), proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++, experience with modeling and simulation, and demonstrated technical leadership. If you are someone who enjoys solving challenging tracking problems involving clutter, maneuvering targets, contested sensing environments, and real-time mission constraints while guiding others to do the same then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead systems engineering and algorithm development tasks supporting space and missile defense tracking missions, providing technical direction and guidance to team members
• Architect and implement advanced object tracking and state estimation algorithms, including track initiation, maintenance, correlation, and termination
• Design and evaluate multi-target tracking and multi-sensor fusion approaches for EO/IR, RF, or hybrid sensor architectures
• Lead the implementation of advanced data association techniques including JPDA (Joint Probabilistic Data Association), MHT (Multiple Hypothesis Tracking), nearest neighbor, and track-to-track fusion methods
• Drive innovation in data association techniques, exploring novel approaches and optimizations for complex operational scenarios

• Lead performance analysis, trade studies, and simulation-based assessments of tracking robustness under challenging conditions (maneuvering targets, clutter, countermeasures, degraded sensing)
• Collaborate with and mentor software engineers to transition tracking algorithms from MATLAB/Python prototypes to production C/C++ code optimized for real-time operational systems

The base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000 -$184,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities:

As a Staff Systems Engineer on the EagleEye team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance and power characteristics of our cutting-edge AR wearable products. Your day-to-day will span from architectural definition through to execution, requiring a hybrid skillset bridging hardware and software. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the evaluation and selection of next-generation silicon architectures by collaborating closely with Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs), providing critical technical feedback on their silicon designs.
• Partner with Platform Software Engineers to drive system-level optimizations for power, performance, and latency across the entire product stack.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of battery life and thermal design power tradeoffs to deliver a comfortable, long-lasting, and high-performing wearable experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system power efficiency and performance from initial concept through to final product deployment.
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis for complex system performance and power issues, identifying solutions, and independently prioritizing efforts based on customer needs and engineering risk.
• Develop and implement rigorous profiling methodologies to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization at various system levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, product, and other engineering teams to integrate solutions and ensure holistic system success.
• Contribute to defining architectural requirements and specifications, translating product vision into technical execution.

Required Experiences:

• 10+ years of experience in system-level power and performance engineering, with a strong focus on System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures.
• Deep understanding of silicon chip architectures, including CPU, GPU, DSP, and memory subsystems, and how they interact to impact overall system performance and power.
• Proven expertise in SoC performance tuning, optimization techniques, and power management strategies.
• Proficiency with industry-standard system profiling tools and methodologies, especially within Android operating environments and on Qualcomm chipsets.
• Strong command of lower-level software, including kernel and driver analysis, and a solid understanding of operating system concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively bridge hardware and software engineering disciplines, understanding implications across the stack.
• Experience finding and solving complex engineering problems independently, while effectively balancing customer needs with technical risks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to receive and maintain a United States security clearance.

Nice-to-Have Experiences:

• Experience with Microcontrollers (MCUs) or sensor aggregation architectures, including Digital Signal Processors (DSPs).
• Familiarity with various sensor types and their integration into low-power, high-performance embedded systems.
• Prior experience working with Augmented Reality wearable devices or other ultra-low-power consumer electronics.

Anduril's Factory Systems team is looking for a Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Specialist to focus on building world class defensive controls to protect the infrastructure around our advanced defense technology products. This is a role with a direct focus on securing Anduril's OT and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) environments. In this role, you will help design, implement, and operate foundational security solutions playing a critical role in Anduril's roll out of cutting edge factory systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support and/or lead greenfield/brownfield site surveys, risks assessments, and OT design planning efforts
• Support the deployment, configuration, operations, and maintenance of OT specific security tooling
• Utilize enterprise and OT specific security tooling to maintain visibility on systems and devices within the OT manufacturing environments
• Perform vulnerability and patch management for the OT networks and devices
• Serve as a technical liaison between OT, IT, manufacturing engineers, and vendors
