The Skills Development Programs (SDP) Operations & Ecosystem Manager owns the operational infrastructure, impact measurement, and long-term community lifecycle strategy across all SDP initiatives.
This role is for the person who looks at a well-intentioned program and immediately sees the infrastructure it's missing , the tracking systems, the reporting frameworks, the alumni/community engagement strategy that would make it ten times more valuable. You'll own that build here, working across sales, customer success, and training delivery to make our skills programs something learners stay connected to long after completion
While supporting customer-facing delivery when contracts are active, the primary focus is building the internal systems, reporting frameworks, and community mechanisms required to drive sustained program impact.

Le ou la Gestionnaire des opérations et de l’écosystème des Programmes de développement des compétences (PDC) est responsable de l’infrastructure opérationnelle, de la mesure de l’impact et de la stratégie de cycle de vie à long terme de la communauté pour l’ensemble des initiatives PDC.
Ce rôle s’adresse à la personne qui regarde un programme bien intentionné et voit immédiatement l’infrastructure qui manque : les systèmes de suivi, les cadres de rapports, la stratégie d’engagement des diplômé(e)s et de la communauté qui rendraient le tout dix fois plus utile. Vous serez responsable de bâtir cet ensemble ici, en collaborant avec les équipes des ventes, de la réussite client et de la formation afin de faire de nos programmes de développement des compétences des expériences auxquelles les apprenant(e)s demeurent attaché(e)s bien après les avoir terminées.
Tout en soutenant la prestation auprès des client(e)s lorsque des contrats sont actifs, votre objectif principal sera de bâtir les systèmes internes, les cadres de rapports et les mécanismes communautaires nécessaires pour assurer un impact durable des programmes.
