ABOUT THE JOB

A Chief Engineer at Anduril provides senior technical leadership and oversight on products across major defense projects. They establish technical direction and engineering standards for significant system developments. They make critical technical decisions that impact product design, accompanying project execution, program success and company strategy. They are also a critical partner in customer engagement and management, and can act as a co-lead with the Program Manager. Chief Engineers are seen as the responsible party for their products, and are held accountable for technical delivery & safety.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead inter-disciplinary team (e.g., Software, Hardware, Robotics, T&E) to develop and deliver integrated systems for multi-purpose missions.
• Set technical vision and define system architecture to guide overarching development efforts
• Establish and maintain best practices for system development, including software standards, code reviews, configuration management, build processes, testing, etc.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Operations Engineer. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for hardware and software applications of our system while simultaneously assisting with curriculum development and the training of end users on new capabilities. You will work directly with customers in the field to ensure the seamless integration and operation of advanced technologies on the edge of national security.

• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Reston, Virginia. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, augmenting, adapting, troubleshooting, and managing fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCB) through to working electronic devices. The PCB designs you support will be complex, multilayer printed circuit boards that meet rigorous performance and reliability standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AIS and program leadership, project managers, electrical & mechanical engineers, software engineers, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to develop and deliver innovative solutions and ensure seamless integration of completed electronics, firmware, and application software into final deliverable products. This position will require the ability to work on both existing and new designs, troubleshoot and reverse engineer existing PCB designs, and have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process. • Work directly with project managers to produce PCB designs supporting AIS programs

As Portfolio Operations, you will work directly with the Operations Lead and Head of Operations to scale our footprint from Reston, VA and run business operations for our Intelligence Division. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business — from our engineering and manufacturing teams to our IT, Security, and G&A teams to our core internal operations teams — to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact and specialized projects — all in the mission of growing one of our newest Business Lines at Anduril. The Operations team for Intelligence Systems at Anduril has three primary responsibilities:

1. Standing up the operational processes for our Program Execution team. We work with the Program Execution team to ensure we are enabling world-class program managers to execute against contracts with ease - whether it’s streamlining business processes, documenting workflows, and strengthen our data-capture and analytics capabilities, to delivering actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and optimize business outcomes.
2. We’re expanding our footprint across 3x locations and the Operations team is the glue across cross-functional teams (Program Execution, IT, Security, Facility Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing) at Anduril to execute the expansion flawlessly and with speed. Once the site is up and running, we need to ensure our internal operations are humming.
3. Special projects. We are frequently pulled into high priority problems that must be solved, but do not fall neatly into the purview of an existing person’s job description. Our team is one of the first to get tapped when a complex or unexpected challenge requires a creative solution.

COHO Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DE Certified HR Staffing Specialist to join our team supporting our Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Human Resources Directorate (HRD) Hiring Support Services program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Federal HR, with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience, including expertise in Federal recruitment processes. This position will require a high level of proficiency in HR automated systems such as USA Staffing and a Delegated Examining Certification to certify job announcements and candidate selections. The role offers the flexibility of remote work and is part of a dedicated HR team committed to providing quality services in the staffing process. 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Oversee and manage the full-cycle staffing process for Federal positions, including preparing and certifying job announcements, evaluating candidate qualifications, conducting interviews, and managing selections.
• Utilize Delegated Examining Certification to certify job announcements and candidate selections in compliance with Federal HR regulations.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Clearance:
• Must possess a Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain one.

• Education/Certifications:

Anduril is seeking a professional to support the CI and Security Investigations team who is interested in a unique opportunity to help strategize, socialize and implement initiatives which require significant critical thinking, creativity, complex problem solving and interpersonal skills. The Embedded CI Program Lead is responsible for executing a variety of CI and Security Investigation team functions in support of a specific Anduril division. The role will provide direct support to one of Anduril divisions to enable the identification of potential nation state threats and risks associated with the Division’s assets, personnel, technologies and supply chain to enable rapid mitigation and informed decision making. The Embedded CI Program Lead will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders and USG partners on behalf of the Division. This role will need to stay aligned with the CI & Security Investigations team while working onsite responding to the Division’s requirements. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide embedded CI program support to an Anduril division.
• Support the development and execution of a variety of key CI & Security Investigation team initiatives tailored to the program’s unique threats and requirements.
• Coordinate with federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal Law Enforcement, to access relevant threat information and stay current on evolving adversary tactics. techniques and procedures.

• 7 years of relevant work experience in CI investigations or analysis, Insider threat, people/entity risk vetting, intelligence analysis, assessing complex threats from nation state actors and insider threats.
• Experience leveraging critical thinking skills to creatively solve complex problems and produce analysis and recommendations in a fast paced environment.

• Verify service/product delivery details with sales and operations teams to ensure correct billing
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds efficiently and accurately
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation for audit readiness
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies and issues with a customer-centric approach
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collection efforts as needed, collaborating with the team to identify overdue accounts

• Assist in the preparation of internal financial statements and reports as directed by the Accounting Manager/Controller
