Cybersecurity Engineer, Senior Manager

Two Six Technologies is seeking a visionary Cybersecurity Engineer, Senior Manager to architect, build, and defend the highly secure environments that power our advanced R&D initiatives. We are looking for a true security architect who can seamlessly bridge the gap between rigorous government security frameworks (NIST, STIGs, CMMC) and complex operational engineering. In this role, you will lead the strategic design of our secure infrastructure, guide DevSecOps integration across software projects, and engineer pragmatic, intent-based security solutions. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or comparable experience.
• Leadership: Experience managing small interactive teams.  Candidates will be required to task junior reports, and should have strong mentorship skills.
• Strategic Risk & Compliance Mastery: Deep understanding of NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53b, CMMC, and DISA STIGs. Proven ability to interpret the underlying risk objective of a control to engineer solutions that satisfy auditors without breaking operations.
• Advanced Systems Expertise: Deep technical mastery of operating systems (primarily RHEL/Linux). Must possess the system-level knowledge (e.g., Linux internals, process management) required to design custom, defensible security configurations backed by vendor documentation when standard STIG guidance is insufficient.
• Operational Deconfliction: A highly analytical mindset with a track record of identifying conflicts between security mandates and operational uptime, and successfully architecting "semi-custom" solutions that keep risk to an acceptable minimum.
• Network Security Architecture: Strong architectural understanding of secure network paradigms (e.g., Zero Trust, macro/micro-segmentation) and fundamentals. Ability to guide the implementation of complex boundary defenses and validate network security controls.
• Application Security & Code Analysis: High technical competency in application security principles. Must be capable of analyzing SAST tool outputs, architecting defensible arguments for false positives to present to customers, and providing strategic guidance to developers on resolving legitimate vulnerabilities.
• Security Automation: Strategic approach to automating repetitive security operations using scripting and CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability to build self-sustaining security workflows that free up engineering staff to focus on high-complexity problems.
• Clearance:  Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance up to TS/SCI. 

Preferred Experience

• Advanced Code Review: Practical experience reading, reviewing, and defending SAST findings in compiled languages such as Java, Golang, or C and/or interpreted languages like Python or NodeJS.
• DevSecOps & Containerization: Hands-on experience architecting secure CI/CD pipelines and software development workflows utilizing platforms like Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab. Familiarity with securing OCI-compliant container ecosystems (e.g., Docker) is highly desirable.
• Virtualization & Cloud Architecture: Experience securing, architecting, or managing hyperconverged virtual infrastructure (specifically VMware or Proxmox) and/or cloud-native enterprise environments (e.g., AWS).

Our team is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Flight Test Engineer to quickly integrate into the team and serve as a representative to Anduril’s Reston office. About the Role

The Field Service Engineer (Raptor Safety Specialist) serves as the primary technical liaison and trusted partner for school districts using Raptor Technologies solutions. This role ensures that district staff have a reliable, knowledgeable resource who can support troubleshooting, system optimization, staff training, and consultation across the full Raptor product ecosystem. 

Supporting school buildings across Northern Virginia, the Advisor works directly with district administrators, school staff, and internal Raptor teams to maintain system reliability, resolve technical issues, and help customers maximize the value of their Raptor solutions. 

This position requires a combination of technical troubleshooting, field service expertise, customer engagement, and training delivery, with regular travel to customer sites within a 100-mile radius.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the district’s primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for all deployed Raptor solutions. 
• Build strong relationships with school and district stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and performance. 
• Provide consultation and guidance on best practices, system usage, and operational optimization. 
• Deliver Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and integrated systems deployed in customer environments. 
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to devices, networks, and system integrations. 
• Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams when advanced troubleshooting is required. 
• Conduct onsite service visits to perform system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. 
• Perform preventative maintenance and system health checks to ensure reliable system performance. 
• Support product installations, upgrades, and configuration updates across customer locations. 
• Provide onsite and remote training sessions for school and district staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting hardware systems, networking devices, or integrated technology platforms. 
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work independently while managing service calls across multiple locations. 
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius of Northern Virginia.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Senior Electrical Test Design Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Reston, Virginia. You will deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. As a strong Test Automation Engineer you will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn key test solution for electronic components and systems and has a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment. This person will work with the rest of the organization to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. The team works on air vehicles such as Roadrunner, Ghost, Anvil and Fury and develop complex manufacturing test solutions to our internal manufacturing team or contract manufacturers. We work closely and cross-functionally with the rest of our Product Engineering groups that include Electrical, Mechanical and Firmware Engineering to solve and improve our manufacturing process, product quality and reliability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineer or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience designing functional test equipment and PCBAs
• Experience in Schematic Capture and PCBA layout
• Working knowledge of scripting language to develop automation. Python, Matlab, PERL, Labview or SHELL
• Understanding of peripherals and developing test and validation strategies
• Experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols: USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc
• Understanding of memory hierarchy and developing test and validation strategy
• Understanding of Product Release Cycle from prototype to production and key deliverables of each phase
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support product development from prototype to production
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
