About the role
Our core Account Verification product has already changed the game. Now, we are scaling our vision. We’ve launched a new domain—Focussed on Financial crime prevention and detection—to build a powerhouse suite of actionable insights for Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering. The train has already left the station: we have a vision, a working prototype, and positive validation from major banks. However, to win in this competitive market, we need more than just technical direction. We need a Domain Lead who can provide the functional "north star"—someone who can look at a list of features and decide exactly which ML model or use case will deliver the highest value to a Tier-1 bank.
This isn’t about building from scratch in a vacuum; it’s about taking the helm of a high-speed project and making the hard calls. With your expertise in fraud, you will drive our next level product; FinCrime Insights, nurturing it from an ambitious initiative into a fully grown-up business unit by the end of 2026.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Domain Ownership: Working with a dedicated Product Owner, Product Manager, and two specialized IT teams to turn complex data points into world-class detection models.
- Strategic Decision Making: Answering the "What" and "When." Should we prioritize specific fraud types or AML triggers? Which features move the needle for a CISO or Head of Compliance? You are the subject matter expert able to answer these questions.
- Client Partnership: Acting as the trusted subject matter expert in high-stakes conversations with banks, translating their pain points into our product roadmap.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Orchestrating alignment with relevant stakeholders and departments
About you
We are looking for a Fraud authority who knows exactly how banks think. You are a super specialist when it comes to fraud detection and prevention. You understand the bureaucracy and risk-appetite of a bank, but believe you will thrive in the agile, sometimes "messy" environment of a scaling software company and are eager to use your expertise to drive this domain. To be successful in this role you:
- Have a solid background (8+ yrs) in fraud detection within a banking environment. You understand rule-writing, model building, and how detection systems fit into a bank’s complex architecture.
- Are a Regulatory Expert: You stay ahead of the curve on AMLR, PSD3, and PSR, understanding how shifting laws impact detection strategies.
- Live Pragmatic Decisiveness: You have a strong bias for action. When the team asks for a direction, you provide it based on evidence and experience.
- Have Resilience: You aren't rattled by ambiguity. You can pivot when the market shifts and keep the team motivated.
- Are a Master Storyteller: You can simplify complex technical fraud concepts into inspiring visions for stakeholders and clients alike.

About the role
As we are growing and scaling, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our AVS products and services, brainstorm and help define new innovations, define our growth areas and support our key customers from a product offering perspective. You will be the owner of your respective topics within AVS and are responsible for making sure that new and developed products within the AVS domain are valuable, meet user needs and align with overall business strategy. Responsibilities include:
- Domain Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for AVS products (CoP, VOP, and non-regulated global schemes).
- Strategic Development: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap; build business cases for new features based on impact and revenue. Bridging customer needs, business goals, and technology teams to guide a product from conception to launch.
- Market Engagement: Participate in APC stakeholder groups and consortiums; conduct customer validation to identify pain points and market requirements.
- Cross-functional alignment:: Align and engage technical teams and other stakeholders to deliver value.
- Competitive Intelligence: Act as the subject matter expert on competitors and market trends.
About you
As a senior product manager for AVS, you are the architect of trust. You’ll sit at the heart of our Product organization, bridging the gap between complex banking ecosystems and seamless user experiences. You understand the plumbing of global payments and have the commercial flair to sell a vision. We look for:
- 6+ years of experience in the role of Product Manager in the field of Payments, managing API products and/or SaaS products.
- Understanding of banking goals and structures in the payment domain. You can act as a full - fledged conversation partner to banks and financial institutions
- Savvy with data and analytics, and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
- Knowledge of Cross Border payments, SWIFT, etc and its impact on the operational side of banks.

The train has already left the station: we have a vision, a working prototype, and positive validation from major banks. To maintain this momentum, we are adding a second Product Manager to our team. Your goal is to transform early-stage prototypes into high-value, market-ready products by the end of 2026. You will solve a critical problem for banks: the increasing complexity of financial crime. By translating market needs into a technical roadmap, you ensure SurePay remains the primary defense layer for our customers. This role is directly tied to our company’s objective of diversifying our revenue streams beyond core products.
Responsibilities include:
- Product Execution: Co-manage the lifecycle from concept to "Go-Live". You ensure we don't just build features, but solutions that work in a production environment.
- Customer & Market Intelligence: Engage directly with banks to distill their "pain" into requirements. You’ll perform competitive analysis to ensure we stay two steps ahead.
- Roadmap & Requirements: Define prioritized features and build the business cases behind them. You’ll translate "we need to stop fraud" into specific, actionable API and data requirements.
- Beta/Pilot Management: Oversee the "messy" phase of testing. You’ll run pilot programs, collect raw feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Internal Leadership: Act as the bridge between Business Development, Product Owners, and Customer Success to ensure our internal teams are as excited and informed as our customers.
About you
We are looking for a pragmatic, knowledgeable Product Manager who understands the European banking landscape and isn't intimidated by the ambiguity of a scale-up environment. You have:
- 4+ years in Product Management (EU market), specifically within SaaS or API-based products.
- Domain Expertise: A solid background in Fraud Prevention, AML, or Payments. You should have an understanding of how banks monitor transactions.
- Data Savvy: You are comfortable using both qualitative research and quantitative data to back up your roadmap decisions.
- Straightforward communication skills: You present ideas clearly and give/receive feedback without fluff.
- Pragmatic & Agile: You are not rattled by the "messiness" of a scale-up and comfortable with ambiguity. Collaboration skills: You thrive in a team setting but take individual ownership of your product’s success.
