About the Role

Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals  division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.

New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. You'll work closely with Business Development,Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the GTM engine from the ground up — Salesforce configuration, pipeline management, routing, reporting, and the full revenue tech stack. This is a build role: you'll define the playbook, not inherit one.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has stood up RevOps infrastructure before, and wants to shape the operational foundation of a high-growth division.

What You'll Do

Systems Architecture & Ownership

• Build and own the Salesforce environment for New Verticals — objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automations tailored to non-rent split-pay sales motions.
• Design and implement revenue tech stack integrations (CRM, enrichment, routing, marketing) to support NV's distinct sales process and team structure.
• Establish system architecture standards, documentation, and governance that can scale as the division grows from a small team to a full GTM org.
• Serve as the primary systems expert for New Verticals — owning troubleshooting, enhancements, and feature requests end-to-end.

Process Design & GTM Enablement

• Architect the  sales process from lead-to-close — stage definitions, pipeline management, forecasting methodology, and deal hygiene standards.
• Design and deploy routing rules, territory logic, and assignment workflows specific to go-to-market motions (biller channel, D2C, consumer cross-sell).
• Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to align on New Verticals  processes with company-wide RevOps standards while accommodating the division's unique needs.
• Build scalable onboarding workflows and enablement materials for new  hires as the team scales rapidly.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Define and maintain core operating metrics — TPV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and division-specific KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports that give Revenue team leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation rules, audits, deduplication, and governance practices.
• Partner with Data and BI teams to ensure data flows cleanly into Snowflake and downstream analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the operational bridge between the team’s Business Development,Sales, Partner Success, and the broader RevOps team.
• Translate business requirements into system design — converting ambiguous asks into reliable, repeatable processes.
• Represent the  operational needs in company-wide RevOps planning, tool evaluations, and architecture decisions.
• As the division scales, help scope and build the New Verticals  RevOps function — contributing to hiring plans, role definitions, and team structure.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep Salesforce expertise — you've configured and built environments, not just maintained them. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience standing up RevOps infrastructure for a new or rapidly scaling business unit, division, or company.
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Outreach, LeanData, Clay and  HubSpot Marketing..
• Experience with AI-assisted operational tooling (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) is a plus.

Compensation

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

• Tier 1 (NYC/SF/Seattle): $136,000—$170,000 USD
• Tier 2: $122,400—$153,000USD
• Tier 3 (SLC): $115,600—$144,500 USD

About the Role

This individual will span Business Spend Management (BSM), ERP, CLM, CRM, and other core business platforms. This role blends system administration, business analysis, process documentation, and project coordination to ensure operational effectiveness, data quality, and successful delivery of technical initiatives across multiple functions. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities, including milestones, risks, testing cycles (i.e. SIT or UAT), and stakeholder communications.

• Support data governance, access controls, audit readiness, and ongoing compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications in a systems administration, business systems, or IT analyst role. Experience in the financial services, asset management, or highly regulated industries is preferred
• Hands-on experience administering ERP and adjacent platforms (i.e. procurement, CRM, CLM, or financial systems)
• Strong experience with user administration, workflow configuration, and approval routing
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional documentation
• Experience supporting system integrations and troubleshooting data flow or synchronization issues
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, accounting, and operations
• Demonstrated ability to document processes, create training materials, and maintain knowledge repositories
• Experience supporting testing efforts, including SIT and UAT
• High attention to detail with a focus on data quality, controls, and audit readiness
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Field Service Program Coordinator sits at the intersection of Field Service operations, systems, and strategy, ensuring that our Field Service Partner (FSP) technician network is expertly onboarded, continuously trained, and supported by robust systems and workflows.This role blends process and project leadership skills along with hands-on “doer” activities with the end goal of ensuring our FSP network can successfully deliver on their mandate of providing exceptional service to LVT’s customers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partner Lifecycle & Onboarding

• End-to-End Lifecycle program: Design and coordinate the full lifecycle of FSP onboarding and offboarding.
• Process Creation: Establish a standardized process from contract execution to the first work order to ensure consistency. Implement that process in partnership with FSP Managers and other internal constituents responsible for FSP success.
• Credentials: Manage the creation and distribution of Field Service ID badges.

2. Process Optimization

• SOP Development: Design, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for applicable field service processes and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Organize and conduct work order audits to ensure consistent instructions and details are provided to technicians.
• Network Administration: Own and manage  the Technician Territory Map. Assist in analyzing geographic gaps and collaborate with Field Service leadership in our recruitment strategies to achieve and maintain 100% coverage in areas where we serve.

3. Training & Communications

• Training Oversight: Oversee and track both initial onboarding and ongoing technician training programs.
• Communications Management: Manage the FSP communications process, including the distribution of Field Service Bulletins and training updates.

4. Systems Administration & Implementation

• System Admin: Serve as the FS system administrator for non-IT tasks (e.g., Intake Forms, Pre-delivery checklists, work order templates).
• IT Liaison: Partner with IT and Product Managers to prioritize ServiceNow/Oracle roadmaps, driving system automation, UI improvements, and data integrity.
• Operational Rollout: Translate product roadmaps into actionable training materials and operational workflows for internal teams and partners.

5. Strategic Coordination & Reporting

• Meeting Leadership: Own the planning and execution of quarterly FSP calls and FSP Advisory Board meetings, including agenda setting and slide deck preparation.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report on quarterly OKRs and department initiatives, driving tasks and timelines to ensure project completion.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in systems administration with Linux servers. 
• Proven experience with configuration management tools (Chef or similar).
• Experience managing MDM solutions (Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, Kandji, or similar).
• Familiarity with network security tools, preferably Netskope and Meraki.
• Experience administering identity management platforms like Okta.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Ability to automate tasks via scripts (ie Bash, Python, PowerShell, PHP)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
