Sales Engineers at EnergyHub operate at the intersection of our client-facing, product and technical teams, enabling solutions that sit between market demands and product capabilities. This Senior Sales Engineering role will become an expert in the advancing world of distributed energy resources (DERs), combining technical and business acumen to design solutions involving the dynamic control of electric vehicle charging, smart thermostats, stationary batteries, and other connected devices to deliver value to utility clients. You will also hone client-facing sales skills while serving as the liaison to your colleagues in product, business development, and program delivery -- ensuring the development of cross-functional knowledge and expertise. 

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert within the Commercial team, understand the needs of EnergyHub’s growing base of utility clients and pair them with technical or service solutions
• Conduct discovery with prospective and existing clients on business requirements and key pain points
• Work closely with the Product team to design solutions that deliver compelling ROI
• Architect and deliver on opportunities for improving EnergyHub’s proposal, contracting, and delivery process with AI and automation tools

Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical, enterprise software sales, product management, or related fields
• Energy industry preferred, particularly demand side or DER management

• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, data transfers preferred

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. The role is also eligible for an uncapped, variable compensation target of $34,000, for an OTE target of $174,000, with uncapped earning potential above that threshold. The base salary range of this opportunity is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role.

As the Associate Product Manager on the Internal Tools team, you will define and build the systems, platforms, and automation that power how our go-to-market team operates, engages with customers, and drives business growth with special attention to the marketing team. LVT is seeking a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager to own LVT's flagship product: the Mobile Security Unit (MSU). The MSU is the industry-defining platform that put LVT on the map — a ruggedized, AI-powered mobile surveillance system deployed across thousands of customer sites nationwide. As Senior PM of the MSU, you are the product visionary and operator for this business-critical platform. RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the MSU product roadmap end-to-end, balancing new capability development, hardware enhancements, and fleet sustainment in a cohesive multi-year plan aligned to LVT's software and AI strategy.

About the role

You'll own both the product people use today and the platform we're building for tomorrow. This means shipping features that drive growth this quarter while architecting the systems that will power Podium for years to come. You're building products that businesses actually love using - consumer-grade experiences for the SMB market.

Here's what makes this role different: At Podium, product managers are builders. You'll use AI tools - Claude, Cursor, LLMs - to prototype UIs, write code, and ship features alongside engineers. We don't believe you need a CS degree to build. We believe you need curiosity, agency, and a willingness to learn. If you can articulate what needs to exist, AI can help you build it. This is the new SDLC, and we're pioneering it together.

This position is based in Lehi, UT. 

In this role, you will:

• Own strategy end-to-end - Define what we build and why, from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure
• Build, don't just spec - Use AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers. PMs here are builders
• Spend time with customers - Watch how they work, understand their workflows, identify what's missing
• Ship with speed - Get features in front of customers fast, learn from real usage, iterate based on data
• Make company-level decisions - Architecture choices, partnership strategy, integration priorities that affect how all teams build
• Design for scale - Build systems, patterns, and platforms that other teams will leverage

The Role

We are looking for a talented Staff AI Engineer to help build and scale our AI Agent platform—a powerful system that autonomously interacts with customers, handling millions of conversations every month. In this role, you’ll design and deliver the software that enables local businesses to manage complex customer interactions automatically, book more appointments, and serve their customers more effectively across multiple channels (e.g., voice, SMS, chat).

What you should have

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Python, or Elixir.
• 1+ years of professional experience deploying and maintaining AI agents in production environments that interact with tools, APIs, or real-world workflows.
• Proven success designing and maintaining distributed or high-throughput systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity in large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A willingness to work across the entire stack—from infrastructure to APIs to user-facing components—wherever the problem needs solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be willing to work on site, 5 days per week.

• 2+ years of professional experience deploying and maintaining AI agents in production environments that interact with tools, APIs, or real-world workflows.
• Practical experience designing and implementing evaluations for LLM behavior — including accuracy, safety, reliability, and cost monitoring.
